For covering our services, we offer a number of different options for you. We accept most major insurance plans and welcome you to give us a call if you have any questions about payment, payment plans, or insurance.
Payment by Cash, Check, or Credit Card
You may pay by cash or check, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover Card. We offer a 5% courtesy adjustment to patients who pay for their treatment in full with cash or check prior to completion of care for treatment plans of $2,000 or more.
No-Interest Payment Plan with CareCredit®
We also offer no interest payment plans to you through CareCredit®. CareCredit allows you to pay over time without interest charges. It is a convenient, low month payment plan with no annual fees or pre-payment penalties.
For our patients who have dental insurance, we are happy to work with your carrier to maximize your benefit and directly bill them for reimbursement for your treatment.
We are in-network with the following plans:
- Aetna (starting January 1st, 2018)
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Delta Dental
If you do not have insurance, or your insurance is out of network, we are happy to talk to you about other payment options.
A fee of $100 is charged for patients who miss or cancel an appointment without a 24-hour notice.
There is a $50 returned check fee.
